I have been on Seven + for several months now and the immediate benefit was the increased energy I have felt throughout the day. No afternoon lull, no sugar rush and then a crash – just a consistent level of increased energy throughout the day. I have also noticed that when I get up in the morning I am much more awake and alert – no groggy feeling or stumbling around until I can finally wake up. I think this may have to do with the better sleep I seem to be getting as well since being on Seven +. Love the product and know that I am getting the most nutrition I can get from a supplement!
